“It is hard, some times impossible, to manually keep track of different documents (direct or supporting) for different purposes (Visa, attestation…) tied with a particular envelope and its return status”.

An automated solution is needed that:
  • Keeps track of envelops.
  • Keeps track of direct and supporting documents contained in a particular envelop.
  • Keeps track of the status of the documents.
  • Keeps track of return status of envelops like when documents are dispatched, through which courier service, tracking numbers etc.
  • Produces reports on work load of the mission, number of visas being stamped duration-wise or other customized reports.

This system was initially designed for Pakistan Embassy Washington D.C. to effectively minimize the load on embassy staff. It handles and tracks envelopes and their documents to ensure timely response to queries.
